2. Can we trust your agency?
Yes, we are a licensed agency operating legally. You can ask for any document after checking out a booking.
3.Can we trust your crew?
Yes, you can trust them. We hired them after a strong interview & their documents, like their permits, Passports, or UNHCR documents, are kept as real copies. Yet, we request you to keep secure your valuable belongings like gold & cash. You can also read our Anti-Theft Policy later.
4.Can we contract for our new condo or APT for the long term?
Yes, we ideally provide many condos, APTss &buildingsgs for long-term cleaning services. For long-term contracts, you can email or WhatsApp us or make a Demo booking for the meeting. There is no fee for a Demo booking.
5.What is our business coverage Area?
Currently, we are operating in Klang Valley & JB. Due to large numbers of manpower supply, we are unable to cover other states for now.
6.What Payment do we accept?
We accept Paypal, Stripe, Visa, master, debit, credit, QR Pay & bank transfers or Cash.
