What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, to ensure efficient scheduling and fair compensation for our cleaners & Services, we have the following cancellation policy:
No Transportation or (one-way fare) It will be refunded if you cancel while our driver or crew is Otw to you.
A cancellation fee of RM50 applies if the service is cancelled after 2 PM the day before the scheduled cleaning.
No refund will be issued if the service is cancelled upon our arrival at your location.
However, we will provide a coupon worth 50% of the total amount paid, which can be used for your next booking.
This policy helps us manage our schedules effectively and maintain the quality of service for all our clients.
