Yearly, Monthly, or Weekly? Scope of Services. 1. Cleaning Frequency: - Daily, Weekly, or Bi-Weekly Cleaning (as agreed upon) - Deep Cleaning: Quarterly (optional add-on) 2. Service Areas: - Condominium Units (living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms) - Common Areas (lobbies, hallways, elevators, staircases) - Newly Constructed Buildings (post-construction cleanup, debris removal) - Offices & Shared Spaces (workstations, meeting rooms, pantry areas) 3. Cleaning Tasks: - Standard Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing high-touch areas. - Bathroom Maintenance: Scrubbing sinks, toilets, mirrors, and disinfecting. - Kitchen Care: Cleaning countertops, sinks, stovetops, and appliance exteriors. - Trash Removal: Collect and dispose of waste in designated bins. - Window & Glass Cleaning: Interior glass cleaning (exterior as add-on service). - Floor Care: Polishing, waxing, and carpet shampooing (if required). --- ## Contract Terms & Conditions 1. Duration & Renewal: The contract is valid for 12 months from the start date, with the option to renew upon mutual agreement. 2. Payment & Fees: - Monthly Fee: [Amount] (due on the 1st of each month) - One-Time Deep Cleaning Fee (Optional): [Amount] - Late Payment Policy: A late fee of [Amount or 20%] applies after [14] days. 3.
